What’s your favorite recipe?
So far, I make killer chicken pesto pasta that double down on the veggies. I make it occasionally for my weekly meal preparation. I’m always looking for new ideas for new weekly recipes. I’m open to suggestions.

- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt, I use half sodium
- 2 cups of whole wheat penè noodles
- 3 thick diced boneless skinless chicken breasts (seasoned or unseasoned, your call]
- 1 Yellow squash
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 carrots
- Asparagus
- 10 oz cherry tomatoes
- Pesto sauce
Every time I make this at a gathering, it’s always a hit. This is so far my favorite to make. Currently looking for health meal prep ideas.
