Filler IV: Favorite Recipe

What’s your favorite recipe?

So far, I make killer chicken pesto pasta that double down on the veggies. I make it occasionally for my weekly meal preparation. I’m always looking for new ideas for new weekly recipes. I’m open to suggestions.

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt, I use half sodium
  • 2 cups of whole wheat penè noodles
  • 3 thick diced boneless skinless chicken breasts (seasoned or unseasoned, your call]
  • 1 Yellow squash
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • Asparagus
  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes
  • Pesto sauce

Every time I make this at a gathering, it’s always a hit. This is so far my favorite to make. Currently looking for health meal prep ideas.
